short and sweet

I am literally about to fall over from exhaustion. We moved into our new house today. We are renting a little one bedroom home in downtown Hood River. It is super cute and I will post some photos soon.

We celebrated our first night in our new home with a bottle of wine and homemade carrot tahini soup.

It was the perfect evening.

We have a lot of exciting things we are doing tomorrow. First up, we are picking up 30 pounds of garlic seed! Woo-hoo!!! Followed by our first trip up to the farm since we’ve arrived. Can’t wait to show you all more photos of Tumbleweed!
The recipe for the soup will come later. We are ready for bed. Have a great evening.

Congratulations! How much time do you have for planting new crops before it gets too cold?
What crops will you plant now, and what will you plant in the spring?
Your readers look forward to some agricultural-science lessons for laypeople.
