hello oregon

3275 miles of open road. We finally made it.

It feels so great to be here.

We left Montana bright and early yesterday. It was a wonderful 48 hours of hiking, eating, and taking in some of the most beautiful scenery on earth.

One of the highlights of our stay in Montana was getting to meet A Farmer In The Dell reader Maryanne (aka grandma)

She was lovely and had us over for beer and wine. Clearly she knows the way to our hearts. It was a great visit!

We finally had to say goodby to my brother. We had so much fun it was hard to leave. He’s the best!

However, once we were back in the car all we could think about was Tumbleweed Farm. We have a lot of unpacking and organizing to do but I will do a post about our new digs very soon. First up though, I am cooking dinner tonight. Oh how I have missed being in the kitchen!
