Grilled portabella burgers with pesto, avocado, tomato and basil.
Best burger in a while!
All you do is sprinkle your mushrooms with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on a hot grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side.
Top patties with pesto (this time we used regular garlic cloves though) sliced avocado, sliced tomato, and a basil leaf.
