second time around

Corn is finally in the ground!

Along with our first planting of tomatoes.

Farm fresh food is just around the corner.  Thank god.

I celebrated by eating more quinoa.  Taylor was gone for the evening so I dined alone.

Roasted sweet potatoes, garlic, spinach and goat cheese quinoa.

Delicious.

It’s been so gloomy here lately that sweet potatoes have really been hitting the spot for me.  Today is the first day of sunshine in a long time.  Hopefully get a lot done at the farm.  Happy Friday!
