Our afternoon was cut short.
The farm finally has a blanket of snow covering it!
We definitely could have kept pruning, but I was cold and used it as an excuse to run around in the snow with Taylor and Henry.
It’s supposed to come down pretty hard tonight. I think a cross-country ski around Hutchins is in store for tomorrow.
Since we finished up work so early I managed to cook dinner and serve it by 5:30! We never eat early like this so I am thinking a trip to the store for some ice cream is in our near future. We will be starving by 7.
A healthy meal of roasted chicken breast with a honey mustard glaze, sautéed brussels sprouts, and boiled sweet potatoes. Delicious.
We are going to watch the documentary King Corn tonight. Hope it’s a good one!
Enjoy your evening.
